Virginia A. Weber has an undergraduate degree from the
University of Delaware and a graduate degree from the University of
Maryland. Her professional career includes being a teacher and coach of
field hockey, swimming, and lacrosse. She received honors as National Coach of
the Year in Lacrosse, and New Jersey State Coach of the Year in Swimming.
Ginny is also a member of the United States Field Hockey Association.
Ginny and her husband, James are the parents of three
daughters. And Ginny is the daughter of long-time Tabernacle Board member
and past president, Boyce M. Adams, for whom the Tabernacle Narthex is
dedicated.
Her parents, Boyce and Elizabeth started bringing Ginny and
her siblings to the Tabernacle in the 1970’s. Her dedication to the Tabernacle
is displayed by her willingness to serve on the Executive, Personnel, Facilities
Use, Nominating, By-Laws, Finance/Budget, Buildings/Property, and Worship
Committees of the Board of Trustees.
