   Lou Walters is the President of Atlantic City Sewerage Company. Previously he was the Vice President and Treasurer of Covanta Energy Corporation and Atlantic City Electric Company/Conectiv, and Assistant Treasurer of the American Water Works Company, Inc. Lou started his career with Deloitte & Touche in 1976 on the Audit Staff and earned his New Jersey CPA designation in 1978.

   In 1974, Lou earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rider University. He received his MBA in Accounting in 1976 from Murray State University and his Masters in Taxation from Drexel University in 1987. Mr. Walters is a Graduate of the Leadership New Jersey Program in 1994.

   Along with his family, Lou began attending the Tabernacle in 2002 and joined the Board in 2006. He is a member of the Scholarship and Fundraising Committees.

   Lou and his wife Donna Rhae have four daughters who all attended Messiah College.
