Joseph K. Furst

    Joseph K. Furst is the Managing General Partner of Furst Associates, an investment partnership started in 1978.  Previously he worked for Philadelphia Electric Co., National Liberty, Cannon & Co., and Janney, Montgomery, Scott. Mr. Furst is retired from the U.S. Air Force Reserves.  After graduating from Norristown High School, he received his Bachelors degree in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

    Mr. Furst has attended the Tabernacle since the 1950’s and the services have had a positive influence on his Christian faith.   He joined the Tabernacle Board in 2006 and serves on the Nominating/Bylaw and Audit Committees.

    Joe and his wife, Connie have two daughters and one grandson.   In his spare time, he enjoys golf, softball, tennis, and bike riding.
