Gift Annuity Rates 

    This page provides the rates for a Charitable Gift Annuity to Ocean City Tabernacle.  In addition to this payment rate for life, you receive a tax deduction and some of the payments are tax exempt.  Rates are subject to change as published by the American Council on Gift Annuities.  Write or call for the current rate for your age(s).

     All of those details will be sent to you in a no-obligation letter when you provide your date(s) of birth and the amount you are considering investing ($5,000 minimum).

Rates Effective July 1, 2011; Approved by the American Council on Gift Annuities on April 4, 2011.  These are the rates used by Ocean City Tabernacle for Gift Annuities. (Age is at nearest birthday.)
