   Frank P. Felton, III, retired in 1992 after 28 years with First American Savings, which was formerly the Olney Federal Savings and Loan Association. During his tenure there he was the President/CEO, after first serving as Vice-President for three years. Prior to that position he was employed after graduation from Swarthmore College with J.T. Jackson Co. from 1948-1963.

   Mr. Felton first attended the Tabernacle services in the original building in the 1940’s. He was brought by his father, Frank Felton, Jr. who served on the Tabernacle Board of Trustees in the 1930’s and 1940’s. The legacy continued with his son, Frank P. Felton, IV serving on the board from 1994-1999.

   Frank served the Tabernacle Board as Treasurer from 1985-1992, 2002-2003, and as Secretary/Treasurer for the interim years, from 1993-2001. In 2004, he was named a Life Trustee of the Board of Trustees.
