Richard W. Deaney

    Richard W. Deaney now serves as a local government consultant after 35 years as Professional City Managers for Ocean City, Medford, and Newton, New Jersey municipalities. Mr. Deaney earned his Master’s of Government from the University of Pennsylvania, after his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College.

    In the past, Richard has served as President of the Board of Trustees of Newton Presbyterian Church, and President of the Church Council of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Ocean City.  Through his Tabernacle Board service on the Building/Property and Youth Building Fund Raising Committees, he wants assist the Tabernacle in being a shining light to the Glory of God through Christian messages presented in the variety of programs available to the community.

    Richard and his wife Barbara have four children and eleven grandchildren to visit in four different states.
